Cecelia

When 92-year-old Cecelia enrolled with Lakeland Care, Inc (LCI)., she was residing in a nursing home following the fracture of her hip. When Cecelia met with her LCI team for the first time, she stated how important it was to her to return to her own home.

Cecelia worked hard to complete rehab at the nursing home and when she was ready, her LCI team was able to help her meet her goal. They assisted with setting up services in her home, so she could go home safely. Cecelia is now able to spend her days giving endless belly rubs to her cats and playing fetch with her dog, Princess.
