As a member of Lakeland Care, you have the support of your own care manager and nurse. In addition, the Family Care Program offers a wide array of benefits and services to meet your long-term care needs. Your specific package of services depends on your level of care. Examples of available services include:

  • Daily Living Skills Training
  • Day Services
  • Medical Equipment and Supplies
  • Therapy Services

The Family Care Program does not cover medical benefits and services such as medical care from your doctor; emergency medical care; ambulance services; prescription drugs; or inpatient/hospital medical treatment.
