I left Lakeland last March, for what I thought was going to be a better opportunity for myself and family. I was only gone for a short 8 months, after realizing how much I missed working for Lakeland and the people I worked with. What made me come back was, just in general how Lakeland is about their employees and their families come first. I did not have that at my previous job. I missed working with the members and the Transportation department.
