I started at Lakeland Care, Inc. (LCI) in 2019. I left for 5 months in 2021 thinking the grass might be greener; it definitely was not, and I knew I belonged at LCI.
The culture at LCI is based on kindness and caring, not only towards our members but towards each other. The leadership provides support and education to best assist us in assisting our members. I could not do this job without my awesome team.
Besides this job being rewarding and all I’ve mentioned above, it provides true work/life balance. Many companies say they promote this, but this is the first company that’s proved it.
