Being in care management, there is always something new that comes along, and I enjoy getting the opportunity to learn and grow from each experience. Lakeland Care gives me a sense of purpose, empowering our members to manage their lives, promote independence, educate them on resources available, advocate for their needs and support their decisions.

LCI provides an amazing work life balance with the Flexible Work Model. We are able to practice self-care and attend appointments without second guessing our schedule. I also enjoy having Volunteer Time Off (VTO) to serve in our communities and give back.
