I have worked at Lakeland Care for 6 years and enjoy coming to work every day. I choose to work in the office because that is where I do my best work; it gives me the opportunity to meet other employees, members, and providers. Having all those varied connections makes my day fun and interesting.

I work with a very kind and caring team, and the supportive culture at LCI has enabled my individual growth. New ideas I brought to leadership have been welcomed and implemented which makes me feel valued.
