I started [my journey] at LCI in early 2022 and left to try something new towards end of 2023 but chose to return a couple months later. I missed the collaborative and supportive environment and love the balance that LCI provides for my professional and family lives.

I love that we provide members with autonomy and involve them in decisions. I feel productive and busy while also having the support I need from a team to keep stress low. My position at LCI makes me feel fulfilled professionally and has given me the opportunity to make wonderful friends in co-workers that make coming to work so enjoyable.

LCI provides flexibility and structure together in a well-meshed way. There is opportunity for growth and change, and the job can be challenging somedays but it is very rewarding.
