I originally came to LCI in 2018 as a Care Manager. I took a position with a different company in 2022, however, came back to Lakeland in 6 months. I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to come back to the amazing people, flexibility, and work/life balance I received at Lakeland.
The people I work with are hands down the best people! Management, co-workers, providers, and members at Lakeland are what makes this job so amazing! Being able to do what I love and still make it to all of my children’s sports and after school activities is my favorite thing about, and the driving force that brought me back, to Lakeland.
I would highly recommend Lakeland Care to anyone…You cannot find a better work/life balance than you do at Lakeland Care.
