Recognizing the urgent need to restore the member’s independence, they quickly mobilized their efforts. IDT worked seamlessly to assess the member’s needs, identify a solution of an accessible ramp, an essential component to ensuring the member’s safety and independence.  

IDT swiftly assessed the member’s needs to find the most effective solution, the provider was contacted, and the member was promptly informed of the positive news. The spirit of collaboration extended beyond the organizational boundaries, encompassing every individual involved in the process.

All elements of collaboration came together including the arrival of the member’s new power wheelchair. The synergy of efforts had not only granted the member mobility, but also the ability to move through life empowered, with greater independence and renewed confidence.
