The culture here at LCI is VERY different from what I am used to. I feel encouraged to be myself. I feel inspired by the organization and our coworkers. The mission/vision here at LCI resonates with me and throughout the organization…LCI not only cares for its members but also its employees and the community. They show this with actions! Not just words printed on paper.
