It has been an honor and a privilege working for Lakeland Care and the Family Care program in Fond du Lac County for 22 years. I have been able to be a part of its growth from one of the state’s first pilot programs to what we are today. Our mission, vision, and core values are at the heart of everything we do and being a part of helping our members live their best lives is inspiring! The culture at Lakeland Care is extraordinary. Employee Engagement is a top priority and a key component to the success of the organization. I have a leader who I respect and admire and who leads by example, and an amazing team who supports my growth with both my career goals within Lakeland Care as well as in my personal life. I feel I have a voice at the table and that I am heard, and being a part of Lakeland Care provides me opportunities to give back to my community. All of this, and more, is the reason I have stayed with Lakeland Care and plan to do the same for many more years to come.
