The MIDAS Provider Portal will be available for providers until 12/31/2019. Providers who are contracted with Lakeland Care can access the MIDAS Provider Portal to view authorizations through October 31, 2019. Once logged in the Provider is required to acknowledge all service authorizations before being able to navigate to any other screen within the portal. This is done by simply checking the box next to Select/Unselect All and selecting save at the bottom of the screen.

After 11/1/2019 authorizations may be accessed via the DataClarity Provider Portal. Please review our DataClarity Provider Portal User Guide to help learn the features of the Provider Portal.

If the provider has a question about the Service Authorization or if there is a discrepancy, contact the IDT staff immediately.

Provider Specialists are available in each branch to assist providers and answer any questions about the provider portal.
