Steve Day from Employer Support of the Guard and Reserves (ESGR) presented Lakeland Care supervisor, Anne Baldwin, with the Patriotic Employer award. Lakeland Care employee Victoria Chapman nominated Anne Baldwin for the award. Victoria said, “Anne Baldwin deserves this award for her outstanding accommodations regarding her expectation of my work load before and after my military obligations. Anne always ensure my work, military, and civilian life are in line before and after I return from all military trainings. Should an issue arise, she is more than willing to work with me to resolve it. She goes above and beyond her role as a supervisor to support all aspects of my life. Anne whole-heartedly wants to see her employees succeed in all areas of their life and will assist with their success in any possible way. Anne is truly the most supportive boss I have ever had in my career field.”
