Lakeland Care begins CEO Search upon Announcement that Katie Mnuk will Retire December 2019

Lakeland Care, Inc. (LCI), is seeking an experienced, proven leader to succeed the retiring CEO, Katie Mnuk. LCI is a private, non-profit organization that provides personalized care management for eligible elders and adults with disabilities. Serving 22 counties in Wisconsin, LCI is member-centered and mission driven—an organization that truly makes a positive impact on those served.

 

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will continue the success of LCI by providing visionary leadership, leading key strategic initiatives, achieving short- and long-term programmatic and financial objectives, developing and sustaining professional networks and alliances, attracting, developing, and retaining talent, ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations, and anticipating industry trends in service delivery.

 

Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in health care administration or related field; a passion for providing high-quality, cost-effective managed care services; and an understanding that a collaborative, empowered team results in a high performing organization.
