LCI is offering a new provider coaching series titled PEP Up Your Organization
LCI is excited to announce it has received $120,000 from Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) as a result of federal funding from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) that the state delegated for home and community-based services (HCBS) activities.
In total, 700 organizations applied for this federal funding. Lakeland Care, Inc. is one of 43 organizations to receive funding in the first round of grants from DHS, which focused on the direct care workforce.
LCI intends to leverage this grant to offer a series of no cost workshops and coaching sessions to help 84 HCBS providers strengthen their workplaces throughout 2023 and 2024. The workshop and coaching series is titled PEP Up Your Organization. This workshop utilizes Gallup engagement research to provide participants with tools that assist in employee recruitment, retention, and engagement. Led by Lakeland Care’s Organizational Impact Coaches, PEP supports organizations in identifying strategies that increase commitment to their mission and organization.
