Suzanne Sinjakovic

Chief Administrative Officer

Suzanne Sinjakovic is the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for Lakeland Care, Inc., responsible for the overall organizational health of Lakeland Care by leading the strategic planning process, embedding Lakeland Care’s mission, vision, and core values throughout the organization as well as ensuring business continuity.

Suzanne’s background in Human Resources and Organizational Development provided her with a strong understanding of how to align people practices and culture with strategy to influence results. As CAO, she supports the Compliance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Mission Impact & Community Engagement, and the Performance Excellence divisions.

She is an authentic leader who enjoys creating a vision to help others connect to their purpose. She thrives on challenge and is driven to optimize on opportunities for improvement. Guiding her leadership philosophy are emotional intelligence, strengths and leading with a servant heart and mind.

Suzanne received her Bachelor of Business Administration (BAA) degree with a major in Human Resources from Marian University in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. She belongs to the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and previously served on the Fond du Lac Human Resources Association board. She is a graduate of the Leading Excellence and Achievement Program (LEAP) Cohort to support the application of the Baldrige Performance Excellence Framework.

Suzanne is passionate about her family and her faith. Married to her husband Jerry, they are parents to six children, and she is known as “Nana” to her amazing grandchildren, Vera, and Clayton. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, the outdoors and spending time with family. She is fulfilled by serving in her community and supporting local food pantries by volunteering her time and providing meals to those in need.
