Judy Goldsmith

Judy Goldsmith grew up in Two Rivers and earned her Bachelor’s degree from UW-Stevens Point and Master’s Degree from the SUNY-Buffalo. She taught English for 15 years, first in Buffalo, New York and then in Manitowoc, before becoming involved in the National Organization for Women where she served in state and national leadership positions, on the national board of directors, and finally as executive vice president and national president of the organization from 1982-1986. Later, Judy taught classes at UW-Stevens Point and then served as Campus Dean/CEO of the UW-Fond du Lac from 1993-2002, and as Interim Dean from 2009-2010. She served on the Board of Directors for the Family Care program run by Creative Care Options of Fond du Lac County and has served on the Lakeland Care Board since 2011. She lives in the City of Fond du Lac.
