Daniel Bizub

Dan Bizub is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Lakeland Care, Inc., responsible for overseeing cash flow planning, preparing, and reviewing budgets, tracking operational metrics, and analyzing strengths / weaknesses in all aspects of the company finances.

Dan joined Lakeland Care in 2009. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Finance for Medical Associates of Menominee Falls where he was responsible for oversight of finance, accounts payable, purchasing, central supply, central sterilizing, and the pharmacy.

Dan is passionate about helping his community to be the best it can be. He currently sits on the Board of Directors and holds the position of Treasurer for Elevate, a non-profit organization who guides and empowers individuals, families, and communities to effectively address substance use and mental health challenges in Washington, Waukesha, Sheboygan, and Dodge counties. He is a former board member of the West Bend Little League and coached many youth sports including baseball, basketball, football, softball, and soccer. He is also a current member of The Humanity Project and Umoja. Dan and his wife Heidi have been a licensed foster home in Washington county for many years.

As CFO, he oversees Lakeland Care’s Business Division, Data Analytics and EMR Applications Division and the Enrollment and Eligibility Division. Dan uses his strengths and the strengths of his team to serve all of Lakeland Care’s stakeholders. He looks for opportunities to build relationships both internally and externally with positive intent for all. His teams’ outcomes focus on meeting both member and stakeholder need.

Dan is a Certified Public Accountant, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, camping, and spending as much time as possible with his amazing grandchildren, Xiyah, and Braylen.
